Orders and payment

Orders are accepted when we confirm dispatch. An order acknowledgement or payment confirmation does not itself constitute acceptance. Full payment is required before dispatch. Before acceptance, we may reject orders because of stock shortages, pricing errors or reasonably suspected fraud. Any payment for rejected orders will be refunded without undue delay.

Product use

Follow all mixing, dilution, application and storage instructions. We are not responsible for damage caused solely by incorrect mixing, overfeeding, improper storage or other use contrary to our instructions. Growing advice and calculators do not guarantee particular results or yields. Dry-salt pack sizes refer to the final concentrate volume, not ready-mixed liquid supplied.

Delivery details

You must provide accurate delivery details. We may charge the actual, reasonable additional delivery costs caused by incorrect details you provide. Delivery charges and expected times are provided before ordering.

Cancellations and returns

If you are buying as a consumer, you can cancel before delivery or notify us of a change-of-mind cancellation within 14 days after the day you receive your goods. Where an order is delivered in separate instalments, this period runs from the day after you receive the last item. Return the goods within a further 14 days after telling us you wish to cancel. You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns.

Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel by email, through our Contact page or by writing to our registered office. You do not need to give a reason. Please include your order number if available.

We may deduct loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, including using or mixing fertiliser. Refunds include standard outward delivery for fully cancelled orders; any extra charge for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable under the change-of-mind cancellation right.

We will refund you using your original payment method, unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. For returned goods, we will refund within 14 days after receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. If the goods have not been sent, we will refund within 14 days after you tell us you are cancelling.

Faulty or incorrect goods are handled separately under your legal rights. It is our responsibility to supply goods that conform to the contract. Contact us if there is a problem so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required by law.
